We collect contact details, passport details, portrait and passport scans, travel dates, and payment identifiers needed to confirm a transaction.
We use data to file eVisas, send progress updates, request corrections, confirm payment, and meet legal duties. We do not use data for ads without separate marketing consent.
We delete data after issuance or inquiry close, once the legally required period ends. To request deletion, contact visavina.com@gmail.com with your application number and email.
Information needed for review is sent for immigration filing. PayPal or UQPAY processes payment data when you pay.
