Residents in Vietnam who need to extend a stay use the Moc Bai visa run. Issuance is targeted within about 3 hours after exit.
Applications may be submitted on weekends. The travel day cannot be Saturday or Sunday, and same-day departure is not allowed. Choose a weekday at least 2 days ahead.
The round-trip 7-seat car is US $80 and visa-clear accompaniment is US $70 per person. Cambodia visas are extra. A Vietnam (+84) mobile number is required for the car, and the maximum is 5 applicants.
If you only need a weekend eVisa, use weekend emergency (Sat–Sun 06:00–12:00, 4–5 hours), not Moc Bai. Use the Moc Bai page when the goal is stay extension.
