Photos cause most rejections. Portraits need a white background, front view, no hat or sunglasses, and shoulders visible. Passport scans must show the full bio page including the photo, English name, number, and MRZ. Files must be JPG, PNG, or PDF under 5MB.
If the English name differs from the passport by even one character, review stops. Middle names, spaces, and hyphens must match.
Express applications cannot have the same arrival date as the apply date. Arrival before the expected issue date is also blocked. Check the issue date in the Order Summary.
If Visavina rejects a file, open it from tracking and use the correction page. Paid fees stay as they are. Only the rejected items need to be fixed before review restarts.
